It is no secret that I get super excited about apparel and accessories and executing looks is my ultimate creative outlet. I feel most successful in this realm when I breathe new life into my wardrobe by finding inspiration in the items I already own. Contrary to popular belief, the path to sartorial satisfaction is not always shopping.

I think this is why I love the movement toward mixing casual and super-luxe pieces. Denim with a full satin skirt, leather with layers of chiffon, army green canvas with sequins, statement jewelry with tissue weight tees, jeans and killer heels…my list could go on and on.

This approach to styling allows for greater personalization and challenges you to step outside of your comfort zone. The result is a playful, textural statement that looks unexpectedly elevated. Girlie glam with an edge – the perfect way to exude badass, sexy confidence. In my opinion, there is nothing better than that.
