One of the things I really appreciate about my job is that each client and project is very different from the next. I wear a lot of different hats, both figuratively and literally, and the variety keeps me on my toes. As I sit in front of my computer and plan for the projects I have on queue for this weekend (a home decor project, a mens wear business casual buy and a personal shopping appointment for a female client), I find myself thinking outside of the box and coming up with new combinations that I love.
Because I have clients with distinctly different styles, taste levels and budgets, I am constantly presented with new opportunities for creativity. The result is a more interesting point of view and, ultimately, a more interesting combination of prints, textures and color palettes. Everyone wins. Inspiration cross pollination is a beautiful thing.
