Hooray for December! The temps have thoroughly dropped and by now you should have an idea of the cold weather items that you are gravitating toward and the areas in which you are not covered. And since the freezing temperatures are not going anywhere for a while, consider this an opportunity to take advantage of holiday promotions and complete your assortment. Best approach: pull out the pieces that you love, make a list of what you need (categories and colors) and get shopping.
More importantly, donate any cold weather items that you are not using. Coats, sweaters, hats, scarves, gloves, boots, socks…even blankets. Research clothing drives in your area to ensure that the items are distributed in a timely manner. Because sharing really is caring and there is no time like the present (pun fully intended).
