Calling all fellow humanitarians!
The New York Cares Coat Drive is in full swing for 2015. They are currently accepting gently used coats for men, women and children and have a number of drop-off locations throughout the city. If you live in NYC, you know first-hand how blustery and brutal the winter can be here. Any additional warmth you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
New York Cares hopes to collect 100,000 coats for New Yorkers in need. In support of that, and because I know how many of you hang on to coats that you no longer wear, I am offering to pick up your gently worn coats and deliver them to New York Cares free of charge.
