Sophisticated Weddings: 2013 Magazine Cover

In November I partnered with Christine Paul Events and Sophisticated Weddings: New York Edition to style the cover of their 2013 magazine cover. I was beyond excited to be part of this project because I love bridal styling and, to be totally candid, styling a model is so much less stressful than styling a bride-to-be. The shoot took place at the quintessential New York wedding venue, Gotham Hall. Christine and I immediately chose the intricate gold doors as the perfect backdrop for the dress – a heavenly confection by designer Ines Di Santo. I kept the hair, and make-up and accessories fresh and feminine to emphasize the natural beauty of our model, Madeline Burns (Ford Modeling Agency). The bouquet was designed to add a modern pop of color to an otherwise very romantic look. The result: a very sophisticated wedding cover for a very sophisticated publication.
