The Bottomless Closet NYC is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged women by offering business attire, interview coaching, professional development and financial management services. It is an amazing business model that promotes women helping women and their success in this realm is quite impressive.
I recently toured the facility during an orientation for volunteers and it was clear to me during the walk through that they are in need of suiting and shoes, particularly in larger sizes. If you live in NYC and have any gently worn career wear, shoes or accessories, please consider donating your merchandise to this amazing organization. Your items will play a huge role in helping enhance the self-confidence of underprivileged New York City women and that, my friends, is a beautiful thing.
